Description

A stunning family home with four spacious double bedrooms, three beautifully appointed bathrooms, outstanding open-plan living accommodation, spacious versatile reception rooms and a wonderfully private garden. Thoughtfully redesigned with both style and functionality in mind, every element of the home has been carefully considered to provide an exceptional balance of space, comfort and flexibility, perfectly suited to modern family living.

This impressive, detached residence extends to approximately 2,600 sq ft and has been extensively remodelled, enlarged and refurbished to an exceptional standard throughout.

Occupying an exceptionally peaceful position within a small cul-de-sac of just four other homes, approximately 300 metres from acres of protected heathland, this property enjoys one of Ferndown’s most desirable and prestigious settings. Nestled just off Golf Links Road and less than 1 mile away from the renowned Ferndown Golf Club.

From the moment you step through the front door, the feeling is one of light, space and quality. An impressive reception hall, complete with an oak staircase and contemporary glass balustrade, sets the tone for the accommodation beyond.

The heart of the home is undoubtedly the open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. Designed with both everyday living and entertaining in mind, this superb room enjoys a seamless connection to the landscaped rear garden through bifold doors. Cleverly, whilst open plan in design, the layout subtly conceals the kitchen from the principal seating area, allowing each space to retain its own identity without compromising the wonderful sense of openness. The beautifully appointed kitchen incorporates an extensive range of cabinetry complemented by quality Neff appliances and generous preparation space.

For larger gatherings, the adjoining reception room can be opened to create an impressive flow of living accommodation, whilst equally serving as an elegant formal dining room or a separate sitting room when privacy is preferred—a practical solution for modern life.

Further enhancing the ground floor is a home office/study, together with a cloakroom and an excellent utility room providing direct access to the garden.

A particularly valuable feature is the large ground floor double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. Perfect for visiting guests, extended family or those seeking future-proof accommodation, its positioning alongside the second reception room also creates excellent potential for independent or semi-annexed living whilst remaining connected to the main house.

The first floor has been thoughtfully reconfigured and extended to maximise both space and functionality. There are three further generous double bedrooms, with the two principal bedrooms benefiting from luxurious en-suite facilities. One of these bathrooms also enjoys a Jack-and-Jill arrangement, ensuring every bedroom has direct or convenient access to bathroom facilities.

Throughout the property, the attention to detail is evident, from the high-quality finishes and contemporary bathrooms to the carefully considered layout that effortlessly supports both day-to-day life and entertaining. Quite simply, this is a home that works.

Outside

Outside, the property is equally impressive. A substantial frontage provides extensive off-road parking for numerous vehicles and offers further space for a motorhome, caravan or boat, with scope to install entrance gates if desired. Wide side access to both sides of the property leads to an exceptionally private rear garden that has been recently landscaped with mature planting, creating a wonderful outdoor retreat.

A substantial timber garden room provides excellent additional outside storage, alternatively an outdoors all-weather seating area, whilst a terrace with glazed balustrading runs along the rear of the property and overlooks the garden, creating an outstanding setting for outdoor dining and entertaining. Sunworshippers are well catered for as the pitch and orientation of the roof allows the garden to enjoy sunshine from morning to evening during the spring, summer and autumn months. A truly private, sunny and peaceful escape.

Lone Pine Way is widely regarded as one of the most desirable residential addresses in the Ferndown and West Parley area, renowned for its peaceful cul-de-sac setting, generous detached homes and mature surroundings. The location offers an enviable balance of tranquillity and convenience, lying just moments from the amenities of Ferndown town centre, which provides an excellent selection of independent shops, cafés, supermarkets, restaurants and leisure facilities.

Ferndown Championship Golf Course, highly regarded schools, scenic woodland walks and nearby nature reserves are all within easy reach if not on your doorstep, and the area enjoys excellent access to Bournemouth, Wimborne, Christchurch and Poole. Bournemouth's award-winning beaches, mainline railway station and international airport are all accessible, making the area attractive for those seeking an exceptional lifestyle on Dorset's south coast and beyond.

Lone Pine Way itself is characterised by its quiet, established environment making it one of the area's premier residential locations.

Lyndon Le Boutillier and Lynda Hearne have been at the forefront of the business since in 1996. In 2009, Sally Gravener and Anthony Holtom bought into the company as Shareholders and Directors, who together, with years of industry experience and extensive knowledge of the local area, took over the running of the Ringwood office.

The four Directors took the business from strength to strength. Sally re-opened the Bournemouth office in 2013 and Hearnes acquired Alan Cosgrove Estate Agent in Wimborne. This subsequently rebranded in 2014, with Mark Stylianou joining as Shareholder and Director.

Hearnes opened a new office in Poole to incorporate Residential Sales and Land and New Homes. The new branch was headed up by Lynda and Lyndon, with Gareth Davies joining as Director and Shareholder of New Homes.

All our directors work closely together, with a shared ethos of providing the best customer service and offering the highest standards in business. We support our local communities and as a business, buy from and use local companies in almost every instance.
