Good location, well designed.
Modern and energising design. The common room is pleasant, particularly because they often have good background music playing, the music isn’t too present, but present enough to be appreciated. The windows are very good at keeping the sound of the outside out. It’s convenient to go to the gym. The design of the room makes good use of the space. Reception staff are helpful.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good range of places to drink. Close to Victoria Square, Town hall and Symphony hall. Close to new street station and lots of bus routes, too!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management respond promptly, and are easy to contact.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
You only get one key for the mailbox. Look for where the bin area is before you take the bins down- my first time I was walking around for a while with my bin bag.

Great living experience!
Design - Quite smartly designed with a good mix of privacy/soundproof rooms, as well as plenty of resident events for social.
Facilities - All great
Building/property management - Really quick to fix any issues I had raised, regular room cleaning is such a great help! Building always is clean.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local area is great for transport links with North Acton (Central line) and Willesden Junction (Bakerloo line, Overground) just about 10 mins away. The local pub is great too, The Fisherman Arms. No resident parking is a challenge but facilities (gym, sauna, spa, games room, laundry room etc) more than make up for it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management always responds quickly and resolves problems fast.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Would have been good to know more about the social events calendar, it's a great initiative and needs to be marketed more. Perhaps more chances for residents to be part of the social events planning too.

GREAT VALUE
The development has great views and it's in a well thought location. Building management are really friendly and help alot when it comes to things i request or need help for and without them the feel of the property wouldn't be complete as furst impressions do count alot in my books
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area us perfect, you within a 2min walk from all the essential shops and restaurants and the train station is only a 12min walk away
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't had any problems or issues apart from just a door lock coming off which was repaired quiet quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Not too sure, maybe knowing how living in a flat works as some people may not know how the entire process works before hand

My time staying here
The front desk team were always so friendly and helpful especially Nicole and Maria who were always happy to assist whenever I need help or had any questions. I would always catch up with them regularly and the chats always made me feel like the building was home and added a personal touch .
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Overall I had a positive experience. The best part about living here was the sense of community and the convenience of everything.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They were fairly quick to responding to issues. Nothing in particular.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The size of the room as the room length and breadth are small.

Amazing staff but improvement on facilities
Overall, the building was designed perfect for single tenant. The location is great and great staff. Could be better if they can fix some of the building issues and ventilation system is poor. My room constantly smells bad and cannot open the window
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The management team is the best , especially Salman. I feel very welcome since I moved in and they have been very supportive. Down side I would say there is always a delay for maintenance team to come. Facilities is always broken. Ventilation system is poor. My room constamtlt smells bad.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Good but could’ve been better if they could reply to Phone call or email during weekdays working hours quicker.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew the council taxes not included as in advertisement is a little bit misleading
