Beautiful Development
I've had a genuinely excellent experience at Pearl Yard. The development is modern, beautifully designed and exceptionally well maintained, with fantastic amenities and communal spaces that make it a great place to live. The location is ideal, with excellent transport links and easy access to central London, while the residents' facilities really set the development apart.
What has made the biggest difference, however, has been the outstanding level of service provided by the management team, especially Farhan. From my very first viewing through to moving in, Farhan has been nothing short of exceptional. He has been professional, knowledgeable, approachable and incredibly responsive throughout. No question has ever been too much trouble, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Pearl Yard is in a fantastic location with excellent transport links, making it easy to get around London. Bermondsey and London Bridge are both easily accessible, and there are plenty of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and local amenities nearby. I also enjoy being close to the Thames, with great walking routes and open spaces. The area has a vibrant feel while still being convenient for everyday living. The building is well maintained, bin collections are managed efficiently, and I've found the neighbourhood to be pleasant overall. One of the biggest positives has been how straightforward the whole moving process was, thanks to the excellent support from the on-site team.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Every interaction I've had with the management team has been excellent, and Farhan in particular has been outstanding. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly professional, approachable and responsive. Any questions or concerns I've raised have been dealt with promptly, and he has consistently gone above and beyond to make the moving process smooth and stress-free. His communication has been exceptional, and it's clear that he genuinely cares about residents and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. Farhan has been a real credit to the Pearl Yard team, and he is one of the main reasons my experience has been so positive. I honestly couldn't have asked for better support.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I'd known before moving in is just how much I'd enjoy living here. The quality of the building, the residents' amenities and the sense of community have exceeded my expectations. I'd also tell any new resident not to hesitate to ask the management team if they have any questions during the moving process. Farhan was incredibly helpful from day one and made everything straightforward, from answering questions promptly to ensuring the move-in experience was as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Thoroughly recommend
We found the process of securing the flat easy, Farhan was very helpful from the start. The building itself is thoughtfully designed with a great range of amenities. Dorin from the maintenance team is incredibly helpful, he helped us get a table to our room that was too big to fit through the doors assembled. We look forward to our future living here.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s a great area well connected to central London with lots to do. Despite the location it’s not super busy around the development. Parking can be a bit difficult in the Southwark area though.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly and Dorin has been incredibly helpful
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking in the Southwark borough can be difficult if you have a car

Great move for me
Impressively designed and equipped facilities. There’s a gym. The terraces give you a full view of the city. It is a good place for young people and also for young families. The neighbours are also nice and everyone is warm and receptive. The staff are also on hand to help out.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Really nice cool neighbourhood. Close to station and central London. Great views of the city. Amazing all together
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Immediate and resolved. Maintenance came by about 30 mins later and resolve it.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Really should have made the move earlier. It’s a great move for me.

A great place to live in, conveniently located, and with top notch facilities
The development has all the amenities a resident can desire, gym, lounge areas, pool and spa (soon to come). The roof terraces offer amazing views of the city, and are great for hosting friends and family for a drink or a quick bite. The building is cleaned, and attention to detail is top notch.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The building is conveniently located, very close to the Jubilee line and only a few minutes by bike from the city .
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
So far I contacted maintenance for a few issues and they've been very useful and fast in dealing with the issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The private dining area can't be rented for free by the residents like it happens in other buildings, but you have to pay £320 to get exclusive access for the evening. It's not a huge deal but worth flagging during the viewing.

Great and modern design
Great and modern design, amazing and ample communal space, communal space has air conditioning which is greatly appreciated under this hot weather. Staffs are nice and reachable throughout the day. Shout out to Ferhan, which helped us from Day 1 viewing to us getting the key. However, I must emphasise the fact that having 1 fob per household is really inconvenient. If you are not living by yourself, someone will he forced to rely on the NSP phone app, which is slow and insanely unreliable.there is no internet in the car park, unless you sign up and pay for their official Glide wifi network, which is unreasonable. Speaking of Wifi, yes if you don’t join Glide’s monthly plan, there is no wifi at all in the communal area including the Co working space.
Otherwise I must emphasise again the rest of the things are great here. I hope the management could listen and make improvements!
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Bermondsey is a great area with lots of small shops and cafes. Property is at close proximity with Southwark park. The street is quiet with little traffic albeit currently with construction work going on. The development is car free so residents are not able to get council parking permit on street
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
In terms of maintenance they responded very quickly and the site team is present during the day to fix things.
At this day management refused to give out more than one physical fob per flat which let some of the scores down.
