Well looked after and a great location
The building is lovely as are the management, they have looked after me since I started looking to live here, my only negative is not being able to hang anything on walls / put pictures up on the wall etc, so it’s hard to make it homely in some aspects
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Perfect location to travel for work lesuire due to train and tram being over the road, perfect location for amenities too.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, I only moved in two weeks ago and a door was off its hinges and was fixed as soon as I asked
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Ideally I would have liked to have know things couldn’t be hung on the wall, I didn’t know this till I saw my contract

Modern development with a high quality gym, work area and a spacious courtyard. Apartments and the development are located in a quiet area with minimal noise and have a new feel to them. The development is often cleaned and looked after with friendly staff.

Yes, maintenance team are very quick at sorting out issues after reporting them.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Property is managed well . The terraces are lovely . We love the resident activities set up by the team . And the staff are always friendly and ready to help .f needed . It is pet friendly , has nice play area for young ones . Availabiity of gym use . Pods for home working plus aLovely community lounge space .
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It is safe , friendly and clean and maintained well . It is convenient for transport and shopping . Parking can be tricky but there is a carpark if reaidents prefer to pay the cost . Bin and recycling is regular . Only noise atm is the Briggton and hove bus depot development . Has been an issue with noise and dust . Otherwise we havent experienced any anti social behaviour as management are strict on that with good security . . The resident entertainment provided creates a nice family vibe .

Considering there are constant requests around the building the staff manage this very well .

location is excellent
Design is basic but reasonable leaves room for you to put your own touch on your space which some will appreciate. Failities are good lots of places for drinks and spaces in the buildings like studies and rooftop gardens etc are nice. Building/property management is maintained well.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
location is excellent, walk-able to work and all of the amenities of Leeds. ideal for a social lifestyle. essentially next to the train station also helps a lot with commuting out of the city.
Bad is minimal, area is reasonably safe, im never bothered by any noise outside as its just far enough from the center that any suspect behavior doesn't appear often.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They responded promptly, Amie was excellent with my issue raised and managed it very efficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing explicitly, its what you will expect it to be.
