From the driveway, where we park our car in front of the house, we climb a staircase to a terrace. The attic is large, and we have the wooden roof structure in sight, which allows us to see that it is in very good condition.
Leaving the house, we explore the garden and the land. We have an abundance of flowers of all seasons, fruit trees, decorative shrubs, strawberries, various herbs, vegetable patches, and a very well maintained olive grove. The land has an entrance for a vehicle, for a tractor to plough the land.
There is a borehole with abundant water, with a pump to pump the water into a large tank next to the house, so it is easy to water everything we grow on the land.
The property is located in the parish of Castelo, municipality of Sertã. With easy access to the Castelo do Bode Dam and all the infrastructures of the village of Sertã and Cernache do Bonjardim.
