5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is very convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés nearby. Public transport is also excellent, and it’s easy to get around London. I also really like being close to the river and central London. The only downside is that the area can sometimes be quite busy and noisy, especially during peak hours. Apart from that, I’ve had a very positive experience living here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve raised an issue. They take the time to understand the problem and are quick to provide assistance or find a solution. Overall, I’ve been very happy with the level of support and communication.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known more about how the payment process and Direct Debit arrangements worked before moving in. Apart from that, the move-in process was smooth and I’ve been very happy with the experience overall.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in the area has been really nice so far. It is very well located, with the Tube and train station close by, as well as a church, local restaurants and several easily accessible supermarkets. Most everyday essentials are within walking distance, which makes the area very convenient. The neighbourhood itself is generally residential and pleasant. Being close to a council estate can occasionally make the immediate surroundings feel a little less appealing, but overall I haven’t experienced any significant issues. The area is well connected, convenient and enjoyable to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Extremely well! I had an issue with my shower drain and my light bulb and as soon as I sent the email about the problems the management team responded instantly and less than 24hours later someone came to solve the issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Since I booked my apartment from abroad, I did not have the chance to view the apartment in person, only with a video. Since the video was taken with 0.5x on an iPhone, it made it seem like the apartment was much bigger than it actually was. Perhaps sending a video with the normal 1x camera so the apartment is true to size. Or sending both 0.5 and 1.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Pimlico is an excellent location and a wonderful place to live. Despite being right in the heart of London's Zone 1, it has a calm, peaceful, and genuinely local feel. The area is very well connected to public transport, and within a 30-minute walk you can reach Victoria Station, one of London's main transport hubs for both rail and long-distance coach services. There is also a great selection of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby, while the Victoria Line provides quick and convenient access to the rest of the city. What I particularly appreciate is that Pimlico offers the best of both worlds: it feels like a quiet residential neighbourhood while still being close to everything London has to offer.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The Tenancy Managers I dealt with were top notch. As first-time renter in the UK, I had to navigate many procedures that were completely new to me. I greatly appreciated the support provided by Mickey from day one. He promptly responded to my enquiry, shared videos of available flats, presented different rental options, and guided me through every stage of the rental process. He also supported me during the move-in and settling-in phases, making what could have been a stressful experience much easier. Once I had settled in, I also had the pleasure of dealing with Atikah. She continued to provide excellent support, assisting me with the paperwork required by my company and helping me with the documents I periodically need to submit to my employer. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, she was always available and quick to respond. Both Mickey and Atikah are highly professional, approachable, and genuinely committed to helping residents. They always got back to me promptly, explained everything clearly, and were friendly, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. The level of service was outstanding. As an overseas tenant, I never felt left on my own.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
As the development is very large, with a wide variety of apartments offering different views, including pleasant garden-facing units as well as apartments overlooking the street or parking areas, my advice, especially for long-term tenants, is to have the opportunity to choose carefully. Consider factors such as the apartment's aspect, natural light, sun exposure, and overall outlook, as these can make a significant difference to your day-to-day living experience. One thing that could have been communicated more clearly is that the ventilation system doesn't provide air conditioning or cold air.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Excellent location! Its very quiet for somewhere so central. Plenty of shops and the tube is a stone throw away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond straight away and without trouble. No issue
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
A few apartments are allowed to smoke. Not great when the corridor smells like smoke but thankfully the smell doesn’t enter the apartment, and if it does then they will see it it immediately. Not ideal for price you pay in rent but I managed to live her for 5 years without it becoming a huge issue.
