Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Generally the area is well supported by shops and transport links to both Liverpool and Warrington, being directly on the bus link and not far from Widnes train station. Traffic noise can be heard during peak times however outside of that it’s a quiet location. The development is well serviced by Halton Council for bin collections weekly rotating fortnightly for recycling and general waste.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have emailed some concerns to the general email pot which was responded to within a few weeks however no follow up from that which was disappointing. Issues such as rodents, dogs barking all night, pavement parking and general vehicle movements at speed. Although I haven’t received a response, I have noticed a dramatic change since, coincidentally or not.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the garage next door was going to use the strip of land to store wrecked cars ready for scrap alongside our fence. I am concerned that despite the fence being high, the cars are that close that they could be used to gain access. That they also had a dog that barks incessantly day and night.
Manager's response5Thank you for your review, Lee. We're really pleased to hear that you're enjoying life at Lunts Heath and that you've found the development to be a lovely place to call home. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience and for being part of the Lunts Heath community. 😊

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Improvement- the area is not very well lit . The playground is still closed off even though it’s been built .the house is not very warm or insulated as what they had informed earlier Good- easy check in . The offers that place first had for reservation. And the mini competitions for Halloween and Christmas decorations. Made us feel this was more like a community rather than just a rental
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Place first responds fast . No issues with place first
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Insulation of the house isn’t very good. It’s still very cold and heating is on most of the time. The outside house light turns off very quickly. Appreciate it’s sensored but turns off too quickly and it’s very dark outside the property. Dangerous for kids esp with cars always moving
Manager's response4Thank you for sharing your feedback, Dee. We’re glad you’ve been enjoying the community feel with our seasonal events and easy check-in, and that our team has been responsive to any queries. We appreciate your comments regarding insulation and the outside lighting. Safety and comfort are important to us, and your feedback helps us identify areas we can review and improve for residents so if you want to drop digital@placefirst.co.uk an email to discuss further, we can ask the team to see if there is anything they to support. Thank you again for recommending us and for taking the time to share your experience living in Lunts Heath.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is in a very accessible part of town. With many great local schools nearby including Ofsted rated ‘outstanding’. The local pub/restaurant is only a short walk away and very convenient routes into both Manchester and Liverpool.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, with regards to a dishwasher issue which has now been resolved
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
In the catchment area for great schools which is ideal
Manager's response5It’s fantastic to hear how happy you are with your home and the development. The generous gardens, parking, and EV charging are great to hear are working well for you, and our management team will be thrilled to know you’ve found them approachable and helpful. We’re also glad the local schools, amenities, and transport links make life convenient. Thank you for sharing your experience, it’s wonderful to have residents like you making the community so welcoming.
