• Both bedrooms are comfortable doubles, with an en suite shower room serving the second bedroom and a separate bathroom positioned conveniently beside the primary bedroom.

• The extensive grounds surround the bungalow, extending to well over two acres and incorporating broad open areas, established trees and a large paddock ideal for keeping horses or other animals. Several garages, stores and additional outbuildings offer considerable practical potential.

• A long driveway approaches the property and opens into a substantial parking area, providing excellent provision for numerous vehicles alongside access to the garages and stores.

The sitting room
The sitting room provides a generous principal reception space for relaxing and gathering with family or guests. A fireplace creates the main focal point, while glazed doors open directly onto the grounds. Its substantial proportions allow for several seating arrangements and the room connects conveniently with the kitchen, living room and hallway.

The living room
The living room offers a separate reception area suited to quieter everyday use or more formal occasions. A broad curved bay window forms a distinctive feature and provides an outlook across the front of the property. Positioned close to the main entrance and sitting room, the space adds valuable flexibility to the single storey accommodation.

The kitchen
Arranged as a practical working space, the kitchen contains a range of units, work surfaces, an inset sink and integrated cooking appliances. Windows provide outlooks to two sides, while doors connect the room with the sitting room and adjoining utility and cloakroom area. The utility includes an additional sink and provides useful support for laundry and household tasks.

The study
Providing a dedicated workspace away from the main reception rooms, the study has a long, practical layout suitable for home working or hobbies. A window and glazed external door overlook and open onto the grounds. Its position beside the sitting room makes the space easily accessible while retaining a clear separation from the primary living areas.

The cloakroom
The cloakroom provides a useful additional facility within the rear section of the bungalow. It is fitted with a WC and wash basin, with a window providing ventilation. Positioned beside the utility area and kitchen, it is conveniently placed for everyday use and when spending time within the grounds or outbuildings.

The primary bedroom
The primary bedroom forms a well proportioned double room with a comfortable sense of space. Windows to two elevations provide contrasting outlooks across the surrounding grounds. A door opens into the central hallway, placing the bedroom within easy reach of the separate bathroom and both reception rooms.

The second bedroom and en suite
The second bedroom and en suite create comfortable accommodation for family members or visiting guests. The bedroom is a spacious double with a window overlooking the grounds and storage positioned along one wall. Its private en suite is fitted with a shower enclosure, wash basin and WC, adding valuable convenience to the two bedroom layout.

The bathroom
Serving the primary bedroom and wider accommodation, the bathroom is fitted with a bath with a shower above, wash basin and WC. A window provides ventilation, while the straightforward arrangement makes effective use of the available space.

The grounds
The grounds form an impressive setting around Millharden, extending across approximately 2.1 acres and bordered by mature trees and established hedging. A significant portion of the land comprises a large paddock, making it ideal for keeping horses and other animals. Generous lawns provide ample room for outdoor recreation, gardening and seating, while the varied planting creates an attractive backdrop to the bungalow.

Positioned throughout the grounds is a substantial collection of brick and concrete garages, stores and further outbuildings. Together, these provide extensive space for vehicles, machinery, equipment, workshop activities and hobbies. Although the buildings vary in condition, their overall scale adds considerable practicality and presents opportunities for repair, improvement or alternative uses, subject to individual requirements and any necessary permissions.

The driveway and parking
A long driveway leads through the grounds to an expansive surfaced parking area in front of the bungalow. The generous approach provides excellent provision for numerous vehicles, with ample space for turning and convenient access to the various garages and stores. Mature trees frame sections of the driveway, while the open frontage establishes a clear sense of arrival.

Millharden occupies a semi-rural position on Chadwick Bank, within easy reach of Stourport-on-Severn and the surrounding Worcestershire countryside. Stourport offers a broad selection of everyday amenities, including shops, supermarkets, leisure facilities, hospitality venues and healthcare services, while schooling is available within the wider local area for a range of age groups. The nearby A449 provides excellent road connections to Worcester, the M5 and surrounding employment centres, making the property well placed for commuting. Just a short distance away, Hartlebury Common offers an attractive area of protected heathland, ideal for walking, horse riding and enjoying the natural surroundings.
