The location is excellent, extremely central with a great local restaurants, coffee shops and green space. Although at times it can be noisy as it is a city centre location, this is to be expected, and the flats are well sound proofed.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
While I have not had any urgent issues, it takes a long time for management to come and fix minor problems within the flat. However, they may be faster with more pressing issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would have liked to have been made aware that there is an app and a key fob option, however you cannot have both.

Very close to Manchester City Center. Great building with great staff and residents. Cozy and friendly environment. Near Victoria Station.

One missing thing is just the AC which most buildings don’t have.

Easy access to good fitness clubs, including reformer pilates. Variety of food outlets and great connection (airport is 3 stops away from Victoria St) Close enough to the city center but quiet

Perfect location! Close to shops and plenty of convenience stores nearby. Lots of car parks too and some free availability after 6pm.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any personal issues have been resolved quickly. The parcel room is the only thing that hasnt been resolved
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Very social and everyone knows everyone! Parcel room is not the most secure. AO arena parking is a short walk but cheaper.

Location is absolutely perfect. Can walk into town in a matter of minutes. Quiet area, shame about the building site next door but that’s inevitable
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond - but can take a few weeks. Also they came to fix our blind but ended up jamming it so we can’t shut it now - guess we have to wait a few more weeks for them to fix their own mistake
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Maybe that there’s a building sight next door, they start working 7am everyday and work on Saturdays
