Quiet location close to Bath city centre
Well designed with everything you could need - although it would have been helpful to have had a built-in microwave and a better shower. The shared terrace area is a nice touch. The Resident Service Team are very helpful and respond quickly to queries/issues.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Lovely quiet location, even though it's on one of the main roads into Bath city centre. The development is within walking distance of the station and shopping area, but there are also regular buses into the centre and on to Bath's two universities. Secure parking places can be rented for an additional cost.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
These were usually resolved quickly, although we did have an ongoing minor issue with a heated towel rail!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Everything went pretty smoothly for us and I'd recommend Spring Wharf to anyone looking for a base in Bath.

First week review
The facilities in the building are generally superb, and the design of the buildings and common areas are a great. The communal WiFi in the co-working space in South Tower wasn’t working the day I needed, and it is difficult for visitors to find parking given nearby construction and temporary closures for filming and other things.
A special shout out to Anne-Marie and Beth on West Tower reception. It was quite a whirlwind of moving in due to my house sale and returning from holiday with food poisoning. One week later and they greet me by name when coming/going in the building, which is a really special touch that unexpectedly (from suburban living) made me feel at home.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There’s everything you would expect living in the centre of Manchester. Everything you could possibly need is within a few minutes walk or cycle. A good 5KM running route down the canal and a local coffee roaster were nice surprises.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes - I have raised all issues through the online portal and the maintenance staff have been fantastic. There are still some open items but most have been resolved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I guess parking provision for visitors would be a good thing to know.

Space, views and a team that goes the extra mile
I've taken a two-bedroom apartment high up in the tower, with a balcony and a dual outlook over the river and the city, and it's exactly the space and view I'd hoped to find in Cardiff. The interiors are high-spec and the layout uses the room well, and the amenities really set it apart: a private cinema, podcast and recording studios, roof terraces and residents' lounges, with the gym and fitness studios due to open later in the year.
What stood out most, though, was the service. Ruta gave me a thorough set of viewings early on, and when my application turned out to be more involved than usual, being a young professional early in my career, Leah and Isabel guided me through it without any fuss. Randall, Anna and Llyr handled the move-in, and since then Harita has been excellent. The team are genuinely responsive and go a step further than you'd expect. All in, a fantastic place to call home.

The leasing and move-in were handled smoothly and professionally, Ruta gave me a thorough set of viewings, Leah and Isabel guided me through the application, and Randall, Anna and Llyr made the move-in itself easy. A genuinely impressive building and a fantastic place to call home.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Really well so far. On the few occasions I've raised a question, the reply has come back quickly and helpfully, and the team follow through rather than leaving things hanging. Knowing there are staff on site around the clock is genuinely reassuring, it means anything that does come up can be sorted without delay.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The main thing is that the application and referencing stage can be more of a slog than a viewing would suggest, especially if you don't have a standard salaried income. In my case a few points I'd raised got overlooked and so it took some patience and chasing to get through. It's well worth persevering, though, because once you're in, the building and the team are excellent. So go in prepared for the referencing to take a little effort, and don't be put off, the experience on the other side is a really good one.

Great community and location
The buildings are well-maintained with good facilities. The rooftop terrace has been great this summer, and I also really like the co-working space in the Verona building.
The team has put on some great events in the past like the Halloween decoration and Christmas event Kourtney hosted, and the bookmark making event Elise hosted. I really hope there’ll be more of them in the future :)
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great are, lots of good bars and restaurants! Domo is great for food and Nono is perfect for a glass of wine.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We’ve only had to raise one issue in the past which was addressed quickly even though it wasn’t urgent.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only thing that was inconvenient when we moved was the parking situation as there was an event on that we weren’t told about so we had very limited time to use the courtyard.
We also weren’t aware of the community bills, so that’s another expense to bear in mind.

Premium living that’s worth it
Design and facilities and the overall property management are fantastic. Really like living here and the staff especially Anne Marie are absolutely lovely and always there to support you. I would say that the rooms are much bigger than expected and you get a chest of drawers included which you can use for your clothes etc. Overall you get what you pay for at the residences.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good- the staff are amazing especially Anne Marie who helped me move in. They are always smiling and willing to help you which makes living there so much better.
The amenities are amazing with so many local restaurants and shops nearby with the deansgate tram stop and station nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been absolutely incredible and are willing to accept any request including apartment alterations.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish i knew about all the shops nearby as that was something that was stressing me out a bit but now i know how much choice there is.
