It’s a very walkable area. There’s a ton of places and things to do; as well, as places to get my hair, brows, makeup and other done. If it’s not walkable, I can also take the bus or the tram; both of which are really affordable.

I had received help within 10 minutes of having issues with my washing machine:

I didn’t realise that I had to complete a waiver prior to my first gym visit. Don’t worry, it all worked out in the end

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great range of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Also beautiful living next to the sea with great walks along the coast. Unfortunately due to a fire, the trams are not running for a month or so, but there are buses available. As a woman who lives by herself, I feel very comfortable walking around and also very secure when coming home as there is always someone on reception who'll keep an eye out.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
My fob wasn't working and they fixed it straight away. There haven’t been any other issues!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
They are quite open with everything when showing you around and will answer any question you may ask. Wish I’d have known about the pet waver so I could’ve been more prepared to fill it out before moving in!

The Dockside development is located in the vibrant historic port of Leith. So many options with trendy independent coffee shops, wine bars and restaurants. Love the vibe of the area..

We have had swift response by the team. The customer service team followed up to check in any resolved.

Nothing to raise. We have moved our family from London and so happy with our choice of bulding.

Ocean Terminal is quite dead. There is nothing in the area. It is located far from the city, and while there is a convenient Tesco and Aldi nearby, there is little to nothing happening at all. The tram stop is convenient and well located.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues. They respond fast and any issues have been fixed promptly.

It is very far from the city centre. At least 25-30 minutes by bus or tram. And very, very windy.
