4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The best part about living here is having an Aldi so nearby . Cannon hill park is also walking distance from here and it’s a great place to hang out . Connectivity is pretty good , with there being buses going to the city . The only downside is that there isn’t a train station nearby . It’s also quite noisy with a lot of traffic sounds at night , but otherwise , the location of the property is quite good and accessible .
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes , the management has always been prompt about responding to any maintenance related problems .
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Higher floors facing Pershore road is noise at night .

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Plenty of local area options for food and drinks after work. Very close proximity to the local shopping center.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
As I have just moved in, I have yet to raise any issues at this time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
This would not have changed my choice, but not knowing there was A/C in the flat would have been nice, though this could have been a miss on my part.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is very convenient, with easy access to Birmingham city centre and the University of Birmingham. There are supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and other everyday amenities within walking distance, making daily life very convenient. Public transport links are excellent, with frequent buses and good road connections. The neighbourhood feels safe and quiet overall, and I have not experienced any issues with noise or anti-social behaviour since moving in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Although I have only been living here for a short time, the building management has been very responsive and helpful. They have answered my questions promptly, kept me updated throughout the move-in process, and have always been friendly and professional. So far, I have been very happy with the level of support they provide.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how useful the resident apps are. Make sure to set up Parcel SafePlace, ActiveBuilding, and Switch2 as early as possible, as they make parcel deliveries, maintenance requests, and utility management much easier. Also, the co-working spaces and resident lounge are great places to work or relax, so they are definitely worth making use of.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Fantastic location in leafy Edgbaston, right next to the beautiful Cannon Hill Park. The neighbourhood is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by plenty of greenery, making it a lovely place to relax and unwind. At the same time, it’s conveniently located not far from Birmingham City Centre, so you can easily enjoy the best of both worlds — a tranquil residential setting with the city’s attractions and amenities within easy reach.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not had any issue so far but I've seen the property managers respond swiftly to issues raised by other residents.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think a nice-to-have that is missing is a fully equipped gym. I wonder if they can partner with Puregym in the same building to give residents of Corkfield discounts.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Ancoats is great - 5 mins walk from Piccadilly and lovely walk around the marina. Parking actually not too bad round the new Islington area Pubs nearby that I’d reccomend include anything on the marina and Piccadilly central
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Helped us with several small bits at move in - haven’t needed to use too much but swift in coming back to us
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Everyone who lives here is lovely and there’s a top vibe - have ended up on several nights out with the crew who we met here
