It’s great as you feel close enough to the centre but out of all the craziness.
Living in a two bed it’s good that the rooms are similar sizes so one person doesn’t feel hard done by. Plenty of storage space! Great natural light from the huge windows ( amazing for saving on electricity bills !! ) Would very much recommend the trilogy.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The trilogy is an ideal location, with the tram stop less than 5 mins away and an easy walk into town it’s perfect. It’s great as you feel close enough to the centre but out of all the craziness.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The best reception !! ( Rose is amazing ). I’ve had issues with my locker and they’ve always been so friendly and polite when I need help. Always a friendly face and hello after a night out as well ;)
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The social events are great , I’ve ended up making friends with people in the building. It’s just a lovely and friendly community that everyone is polite and friendly that I haven’t seen in other blocks. Would very much recommend the trilogy.

Lighthaus luxury
Building is beautifully designed. The facilities are fantastic. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, always go above and beyond to help you. In the past if there has been a maintenance issue, it’s sorted quickly with no issues. Would highly recommend living here for these reasons alone.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is fantastic, close to shops, restaurants, bars and lovely views for nice walks. The building is easy to get to via any kind of transport. Bus station is a 15 minute walk, 2 train stations very close by. The atmosphere is buzzing, bus yard and wyld sauna close by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It has been sorted quickly with no problems and friendly staff
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Beton, Wembley Park, HA9
This development review is rated 4.0 out of 5.0.
Best Location with few Drawbacks
Building design is decent, not the best and a bit inferior to its sister Alameda. Exposed ceilings, yellow chairs, green sofa and dark floors. Property was recently taken over by Allsop from Quintain and still needs some catching up to do in terms of management
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Best location in wembley park with close proximity to stadium, grocery stores, restaurants and the station itself. However, the building is a bit old so expect wear and tear in the apartments
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Responds promptly but takes a lot of time to fix issues related to property wear and tear
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The wear and tear and slow moving property management
