Lighthaus luxury
Building is beautifully designed. The facilities are fantastic. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, always go above and beyond to help you. In the past if there has been a maintenance issue, it’s sorted quickly with no issues. Would highly recommend living here for these reasons alone.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is fantastic, close to shops, restaurants, bars and lovely views for nice walks. The building is easy to get to via any kind of transport. Bus station is a 15 minute walk, 2 train stations very close by. The atmosphere is buzzing, bus yard and wyld sauna close by.

Chose the right place
he property has been well designed and offers a practical, comfortable layout with good use of space and natural light. The communal areas are clean and well maintained, and the building has been managed efficiently throughout my time here. Any maintenance issues have generally been dealt with promptly, and communication from the property management team has been clear and professional. The facilities have met my needs well, and the building has felt secure and welcoming. Overall, it has been a pleasant place to live, with reliable management and a great standard of upkeep.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area has a good range of local amenities, including supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, restaurants and pubs within a short distance. There are several parks and green spaces nearby, making it suitable for walking and outdoor activities. Public transport is convenient, with regular bus services and nearby rail links providing easy access to surrounding areas and city centres.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Everything has been smooth sailing so far, so no issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how much of a difference the local community and day-to-day convenience would make. The area is well served by local shops, restaurants and transport links, which has made everyday life much easier than I initially expected.

Growing neighbourhood. Liverpool Waters continues to add homes, parks, cafés, and public spaces, so the area is becoming more vibrant over time.

Good transport links. It's easy to access buses, trains, ferries, and major roads while still feeling separate from the busiest parts of the city.

Lighthaus living
Excellent location
Peaceful dockside setting with Mersey views.
About a 5–10 minute walk into the commercial district and city centre.
Close to the waterfront promenade for walking and running.
High-quality apartments
Modern interior design.
Bright, spacious layouts.
Premium finishes.
Large windows and impressive views.
Facilities
Positive comments mention:
Well-equipped gym.
Rooftop terrace.
Co-working spaces.
Stylish communal lounges.
Regular resident events.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Quieter than the city centre. Although you're close to everything, the dock area is generally more peaceful than living around Concert Square or Mathew Street, especially at night. Local residents often mention this as one of the biggest benefits.
Great for walking and exercise. The waterfront is ideal for jogging, cycling, or evening walks. The area has also developed with outdoor leisure, including open-water swimming, waterside yoga, and a floating sauna.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I've had no issues so far, so all has been good but I'm sure if there was any problems it would get sorted
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
i wish i knew how accessible everything was to the city centre
