Great Facilities and a Friendly Community
Milliners Yard is a modern, well-designed development that offers comfortable city living with excellent on-site facilities. The apartments are finished to a good standard, and the building benefits from secure access and well-maintained communal areas. One of the biggest advantages is the range of resident amenities, including a well-equipped gym, a spacious roof terrace with great views, and a co-working lounge that doubles as a relaxed social space. The lounge has comfortable seating, a free coffee machine, board games and plenty of space to work, study or meet with friends, giving it the feel of a welcoming café. The management team also organises regular resident events, such as yoga sessions in the gym, pizza-making evenings, and other social activities in the co-working lounge, which help create a friendly community atmosphere. Building and property management have generally been responsive and helpful, ensuring the development is kept in good condition. The location is another major benefit, with easy access to Liverpool city centre, shops, restaurants and transport links. While there can occasionally be some noise due to the central location and parking is limited without an allocated space, the quality of the facilities, regular resident events and strong sense of community make Milliners Yard an enjoyable and convenient place to live.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Milliners Yard is in a convenient location, within walking distance of Liverpool city centre, the Baltic Triangle and the waterfront. There is a good selection of supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, restaurants and bars nearby, making day-to-day living very easy. The area has excellent public transport links, with regular bus services and Liverpool Central and Lime Street stations within walking distance. There are several green spaces and the waterfront nearby for walking and recreation. Stafford Street is generally quiet for a city-centre location, although there can be some traffic noise and activity at weekends due to the nearby nightlife. Bin collections are generally reliable, and as with many city-centre developments, parking can be limited unless you have an allocated space. Overall, the location offers a good balance of convenience, amenities and accessibility.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
You could say:
> The building management team has generally been responsive and approachable whenever I've raised any issues. Communication has been clear, and maintenance requests have been dealt with in a reasonable timeframe. The staff are friendly and proactive, and they regularly organise resident events and activities, which helps create a welcoming community and shows they genuinely care about residents' experience.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I'd known before moving in is just how much the resident amenities add to the experience of living here. The gym, roof terrace and co-working lounge quickly become part of your daily routine, and the free coffee machine and regular community events, such as yoga sessions and pizza-making evenings, make it easy to meet neighbours. I'd also recommend making the most of the resident app and keeping an eye out for events, as they're a great way to get involved. As with any city-centre development, it's worth being aware that there can be some noise at weekends and parking is limited if you don't have an allocated space, but overall the facilities and community atmosphere make it a great place to live.

A Great Place to Call Home
I’ve had a great experience living at Milliners Yard. The building is modern, well designed, and always feels clean, secure, and well maintained. One of my favourite features is the rooftop terrace, which is a fantastic space to relax, enjoy the views, or spend time with friends. The management team regularly organises community events, which are a great way to meet other residents and create a welcoming atmosphere. They’re always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever needed. I also really appreciate the parcel collection service, which makes receiving deliveries easy and convenient. Any maintenance requests have been handled efficiently, and communication has always been clear. Combined with the excellent location close to shops, restaurants, public transport, and the city centre, it’s been a very enjoyable place to live. I would happily recommend Milliners Yard to others.

Fantastic place to call home
I had a great experience living at Milliners Yard over the past year. The apartments are modern, well designed and finished to a high standard, with excellent facilities that are always kept clean and well maintained. What really sets the development apart is the building management team who are incredibly friendly, approachable and always willing to help. They regularly organise events and activities for residents, creating a genuine sense of community that makes it feel much more than just an apartment building. Overall, it's a fantastic place to live, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking to rent in Liverpool.

The local area has a great range of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars. All within easy walking distance and town centre being only a 5 minute walk away. The public transport links are excellent with convenient bus routes and Lime Street Station being a walk-away. The street itself always felt safe, clean and well maintained and very little anti-social behaviour or excessive traffic noise. Parking can be limited at busier times, but overall it's a fantastic area to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues or queries raised were always dealt with promptly and professionally by the building management team. They were approachable, easy to contact and kept me updated throughout. Making the whole process straightforward. It's clear they genuinely care about both the building and the residents, which made living there a very positive experience.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I'd known just how much of a community the building has. The regular resident events are a great way to meet people and make friends, so I'd definitely recommend getting involved from the start. I'd also suggest joining the residents' communication channels early on to keep up to date with events and important building updates.

The 24-hour concierge service is a real benefit, with the team always being friendly, professional, and helpful. Common areas are kept spotless, and any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. Both the building management and property management teams communicate clearly and respond quickly to any questions or requests, making the overall living experience comfortable, secure, and hassle-free
