The paintwork is typical of local homes, using rough lime, and the plaster is intentionally slightly rough, as per tradition, allowing glimpses of the vaults and ashlars that compose them. The living area is paved with antique cement tiles, whose wear and tear reflects the history of typical southern Italian homes, while on the first floor, the flooring throughout the rooms is a uniform, semi-gloss concrete cast, somewhat reminiscent of modern resins. Subsequent work on the electrical system was designed and executed in an industrial style, with the clear intention of not damaging the lime of the affected walls. On the second and top floor, the panoramic terrace opens onto a breathtaking view of the historic center, with its churches and white roofs paved with Cursi stone, and the splendid blue of the sea and sky touching each other at the bottom of the valley.
