From our office proceed over the bridge and follow the road up the hill out of Looe towards Polperro.. Proceed along this road until you reach a right hand junction sign posted "Pelynt". Turn right and follow the road into the village, proceed down the hill passing the Jubilee Inn, Pelynt Garage and the Spar Shop. Take the next left in front of the church. Follow this road and take the 2nd right signposted for Richmond Road. Follow this road all the way up and you will find the property on the left hand side just before you reach the end of the road.
