Description

Greater London Properties Presents
We are delighted to present this beautifully presented one-bedroom apartment, perfectly positioned on the fourth floor of a characterful period building in the very heart of Soho.

The Property
Thoughtfully designed to maximise every square foot, the apartment offers a bright and contemporary open-plan reception room with a modern fitted kitchen, creating an ideal space for both relaxing and entertaining. Large windows allow natural light to flood the living area, while clean, neutral finishes provide a stylish backdrop ready to make your own.

The well-proportioned double bedroom offers a peaceful retreat from the vibrant streets below, with ample space for storage, while the sleek bathroom is finished to a high contemporary standard. Offered fully furnished, the property is ready for immediate occupation, making it an excellent choice for professionals looking to enjoy everything Central London has to offer.

Location and Transport
Living on Rupert Street means living at the centre of one of London's most iconic neighbourhoods. Soho is renowned for its independent cafés, celebrated restaurants, theatres, cocktail bars and creative atmosphere, while Chinatown, Carnaby Street, Seven Dials and Covent Garden are all just a short walk away. Oxford Street and Regent Street provide world-class shopping, and the countless hidden streets surrounding the apartment offer an ever-changing selection of boutique shops, galleries and local favourites.

The apartment enjoys exceptional connectivity, with Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus Underground stations all within easy walking distance. Together they provide access to the Bakerloo, Central, Elizabeth, Northern, Piccadilly and Victoria lines, making travel across London quick and convenient. Numerous bus routes also serve the surrounding area, placing the City, Canary Wharf and London's major transport hubs within easy reach.

What the Owner Says
We have LOVED living here right in the middle of literally EVERYTHING. Every single restaurant imaginable times a hundred, the best shopping in the world, all theatres, all the top hotels, all the events, all the major business and government head offices, near the river, we just walk to ANYTHING in a few minutes! We'd love to stay but have moved overseas for work, otherwise if we could be anywhere in the UK, this would be it! Lovely breeze through the place with doors in the bedroom that open to a small balcony perfect for summer sun, and a tree filled view of the quiet private courtyard below, quiet and cool at night. There are stairs but after a month or so we forget they're there. BEST place we've ever lived!
