Through the front door and you are met with a bright and spacious living room (approx 30m²). With windows both sides of the room, the light just floods this area. There is beautiful wainscot panelling around the room giving it a feeling of quality and luxury. The room carpeted and is heated by electric radiators.

In the corner of the room, there is a trap door with stairs leading to the cellar, which houses the hot water tank and has space for storage.

Local area.
Bealieu is a very pretty village with a church, a little chateau and a Mairie. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is a walkers paradise.
It is also close to the pretty village of Cromac with its pétanque pitch, mairie, library, church and fishing lake.
The house is approx 10km from the bustling town of Saint Sulpice les Feuilles (which was awarded the "Territoire BIO engagé” label in 2019), which provides a weekly market, a supermarket, bars, boulangeries, pharmacy and library plus a nursery school, primary and secondary schools.
It is also 10km from Saint Benoit Du Sault which has been recognised as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Full of narrow streets built in the 15th and 16th century, with ancient archways and cobbled lanes, it is a truly magnificent example of a medieval village but still benefits from all the amenities of modern living.

Limoges airport is approx 80kms and Poitiers airport approx 98km from the house.
