The Junction Exceeds Expectations
Very modern building, with access to gym, parking, working spaces, games rooms, outdoor spaces and social events. The building is very secure, and the apartments are a great size with all the modern appliances.
24/7 concierge means you always have access to someone should you have any issues on site, or just want to chat with someone - I wanted to specifically say a big thank you to Polly who makes an effort everytime I see her to say hello and have a chat, which always puts a smile on my face. It’s the little things, and the personal touches that take The Junction from just another place to live, to somewhere you really enjoy coming home to.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very close to the city centre, and the train station for public transport. Wellington Place is right on the doorstep, with plenty of coffee shops, local events, and relaxed places to hang out either by yourself or with mates.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
24/7 Concierge always available on hand and ready to help, with some wonderfully helpful and friendly staff - as I mentioned in the main review, Polly has really made effort everytime I’ve seen her to say hello and have a chat.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I was not initially made aware before moving on that the building had a Gym, which of course is a wonderful thing to stumble upon, but would be great to highlight this to new residents.

Living at The Junction - 10/10
Amazing place to live. Apartments are lovely and well designed, facilities are top notch, building management is excellent and staff are amazing.
The shared social spaces are great, free pool table, table tennis etc. Huge basketball/football court free to use and the apartment gym is really good. Literally cannot fault this place
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Some small shops nearby and a few nice cafes/restaurants in Wellington Place. Parking is limited, long waiting list and no street parking nearby really. No anti-social behaviour as there aren’t really any other buildings nearby. Motorway outside is loud but the windows are super thick and block all noise
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, we haven’t had any maintenance issues yet but any query we have is answered easily by the 24/7 reception team - special shout out to Polly who has been extra helpful to us since moving in, goes above and beyond for requests/help and is greatly appreciated
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Very minor but the shower head is on a very short tube, it’s secured to the wall so cannot be pulled far from the wall at all, makes it a lot harder to clean the bath/shower

Fantastic
I have had a very positive experience living in this development. The design of the building is modern, attractive and well thought out, with communal areas that are kept clean and presentable. The facilities provided meet residents’ needs and contribute to a comfortable living environment. Building and property managers like Clinton have generally been responsive and professional, addressing queries and maintenance issues efficiently. The development feels secure and well maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents. Overall, it offers a high standard of living and I would happily recommend it to others considering moving here.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area has a great range of amenities, including supermarkets, independent shops, restaurants and cafés, all within easy reach. Public transport links are reliable and make commuting straightforward, with good access to buses and nearby stations. There are also pleasant green spaces and parks to enjoy. The neighbourhood feels friendly and well-established, and bin collections are regular. Parking can occasionally be busy during peak times, but overall it is a convenient and enjoyable place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very speedy and always made sure a job was complete.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had know about the gym that was coming I would have saved money on my external membership

Great but not perfect
The overall design is really nice, really enjoyed living here with nice garden and instant repairs on everything, especially thanks to Scott for helping on the maintenance work. Really like the big living room and big bedroom, really good for working at home. Just one thing would like to mention, if the bathroom door can facing into the living room it will be better as sometimes I have friends coming by, they have to come into my bedroom which is not that convenient. And when it’s raining, the drop on the window eaves is really loud and need to wear earplugs to help me sleep.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local is really good, have local shops around. The bus routes is that good, loads of bus changed their routes to not coming here. There is a little bit annoying of the bin collection as no notice to us about when the bin room will be locked and when to open.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are really nice, really fast responses and really fast to solve problems, especially thanks Scott for all the helping.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If I can get more information about the bus availability it will be better as it’s still a little bit far from city centre.

I am staying at Canal Quarters, The Junction. It has excellent facilities in terms of common spaces available for residents, several events that are hosted regularly, 24 by 7 concierge, dedicated parcel room, co working space, gym, and offers several choice in terms of comfort and convenience. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the canal and lush greenery creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere . Despite its central location, there is virtually no traffic noise except the occasional rumblings of trains. Overall its an ideal place those seeking urban convenience and tranquil living.

The key insight is that team did a wonderful job in getting the whole lease agreement in less than 5 days. I had a viewing on a Monday afternoon and I moved in the next Monday. Speed is offered when asked for :-)
