5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We’ve really enjoyed living in Corkfield. Everything is so close and convenient – having Aldi right across the road has been a huge bonus, and it’s great having PureGym just around the corner too. There are loads of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby, so you’re never short of places to eat or things to do. We also love that there are plenty of green spaces around, which are perfect for a walk or just getting outside for a bit. The transport links are good and it’s easy to get wherever you need to go. Overall, it’s felt like a friendly, easy place to live, with everything you need right on your doorstep.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has always been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we have raised any issues. Problems are handled quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. From arranging a replacement washing machine the next day to helping with furniture requests, window repairs and our lock issue, the team has consistently gone above and beyond to support residents.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think one thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how much there is around Corkfield. During a viewing you get a feel for the apartment and building, but you don’t always realise how convenient the area is until you actually live here. There are so many shops, restaurants, green spaces and facilities nearby. A little tip for new neighbours would be to keep an eye on cricket match days at the stadium nearby, as parking can get a bit busier than usual. It’s also worth getting familiar with how everything works in the building early on , it makes settling in much easier.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment. The building is clean, quiet, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to call home. The location is excellent, with convenient bus to city center, and an Aldi next door to get everything I need. One suggestion for improvement would be to separate the general waste and recycling into different rooms or designated areas. At the moment, the recycling bins are located at the back, so residents have to walk past the general waste to reach them. This area can sometimes have a strong smell, so separating the two could make recycling more pleasant and encourage more people to use it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I reported a fridge noise and leakage of plumbing to maintenance team on Sunday night , the solved everything on Monday! Highly efficient!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that visitor parking can be quite limited, especially on cricket match days when many nearby car parks are unavailable or full. If you have friends or family visiting by car, it’s worth planning ahead. It would also be helpful if new residents were informed about the height restriction in the underground car park in advance, particularly for anyone using a removal van on moving day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The best part about living here is having an Aldi so nearby . Cannon hill park is also walking distance from here and it’s a great place to hang out . Connectivity is pretty good , with there being buses going to the city . The only downside is that there isn’t a train station nearby . It’s also quite noisy with a lot of traffic sounds at night , but otherwise , the location of the property is quite good and accessible .
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes , the management has always been prompt about responding to any maintenance related problems .
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Higher floors facing Pershore road is noise at night .
