Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This community is very nice and accommodating. Friendly staff and warm reception. I will recommend this facility to everyone . Corkfield is located at the best place in Edgbaston and you won’t regret. Exceptional Good and perfect for every one who wants this facility it’s perfect for everyone and I will recommend this over and over again any day and anytime when you relocation to Birmingham. Corkfield is a very peaceful facility and you will like it and recommended

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A good, safe area with easy access to the city centre. It's close to Aldi and other local shops, making everyday shopping convenient. Being near the main train station was a big advantage, and it's also easy to get out of the city by car or public transport. Overall, it's a convenient and pleasant area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues or questions were dealt with quickly. The management team, concierge, and maintenance staff were always quick, helpful, and friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make the most of the shared amenities and terraces from the start. We didn't end up using them as much as we could have.

    Corkfield, B5

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We’ve really enjoyed living in Corkfield. Everything is so close and convenient – having Aldi right across the road has been a huge bonus, and it’s great having PureGym just around the corner too. There are loads of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby, so you’re never short of places to eat or things to do. We also love that there are plenty of green spaces around, which are perfect for a walk or just getting outside for a bit. The transport links are good and it’s easy to get wherever you need to go. Overall, it’s felt like a friendly, easy place to live, with everything you need right on your doorstep.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has always been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we have raised any issues. Problems are handled quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. From arranging a replacement washing machine the next day to helping with furniture requests, window repairs and our lock issue, the team has consistently gone above and beyond to support residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think one thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how much there is around Corkfield. During a viewing you get a feel for the apartment and building, but you don’t always realise how convenient the area is until you actually live here. There are so many shops, restaurants, green spaces and facilities nearby. A little tip for new neighbours would be to keep an eye on cricket match days at the stadium nearby, as parking can get a bit busier than usual. It’s also worth getting familiar with how everything works in the building early on , it makes settling in much easier.

    The Junction, LS12

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to the city centre, and the train station for public transport. Wellington Place is right on the doorstep, with plenty of coffee shops, local events, and relaxed places to hang out either by yourself or with mates.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

24/7 Concierge always available on hand and ready to help, with some wonderfully helpful and friendly staff - as I mentioned in the main review, Polly has really made effort everytime I’ve seen her to say hello and have a chat.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was not initially made aware before moving on that the building had a Gym, which of course is a wonderful thing to stumble upon, but would be great to highlight this to new residents.

    The Junction, LS12

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Some small shops nearby and a few nice cafes/restaurants in Wellington Place. Parking is limited, long waiting list and no street parking nearby really. No anti-social behaviour as there aren’t really any other buildings nearby. Motorway outside is loud but the windows are super thick and block all noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we haven’t had any maintenance issues yet but any query we have is answered easily by the 24/7 reception team - special shout out to Polly who has been extra helpful to us since moving in, goes above and beyond for requests/help and is greatly appreciated

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Very minor but the shower head is on a very short tube, it’s secured to the wall so cannot be pulled far from the wall at all, makes it a lot harder to clean the bath/shower
