4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Amazing local area - loads of bars, cafes and restaurants, and so close to the train station and city centre
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Sometimes good, others not great. Can be very slow to get a response or get things fixed. We’re still waiting on getting something fixed that we flagged over 9 months ago
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How the bills work and the monthly events that happen

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area and location of KAMPUS is excellent. It is a vibrant part of Manchester and central to most of the main city attractions. Most places are easily walkable. The restaurants and bars nearby are excellent. I chose to live in this area because of these things.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Hermione Langford has been my main contact and has provided exceptional service and support. She has answered all my questions, sorted out my car parking space on site, etc. All the front desk team have been helpful, between them building a sense of connected community as well as a great place to live.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It’s great here! It’s a community as well as a ‘place’. It’s connected - centrally to Manchester - but also to the locality and the peoples. We are lucky to live here.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is incredible. Our exit from South Block comes out onto a street with beautiful red brick buildings (the Sackville building is notable marvel). The complex has loads of cool modern bars and restaurants below the flats, all with sparkling character. Local Sainsbury’s within the complex. For the city centre standards it’s notably traffic quiet (from south block), can hear beeping and trams but only if the window is open. And you get used to it/it’s not that loud. Have never seen anti-social behaviour of any kind. The gay village is a lovely area. Regularly cleaned area with no litter. Car parks available all around & within building. Location is right next to Piccadilly Station, literally less than a 5 minute walk. Feels like you are in the sweet spot of Manchester.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always quick to respond as I have mentioned in the previous section! Shout out to Walter and Alex.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The washing machine can be quite loud, but you can put pillows at the bottom of the utility cupboard door to block sound.
