It is the ideal place to live in the city centre, there are restaurants and bars literally on your doorstep! Great transport links and the ability to get out the city with Piccadilly station being on your doorstep step.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management have been fantastic and dealt with issues quickly.

The flat gets very warm in the summer! Buy a good fan!

Amazing local area - loads of bars, cafes and restaurants, and so close to the train station and city centre
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Sometimes good, others not great. Can be very slow to get a response or get things fixed. We’re still waiting on getting something fixed that we flagged over 9 months ago

The area and location of KAMPUS is excellent. It is a vibrant part of Manchester and central to most of the main city attractions. Most places are easily walkable. The restaurants and bars nearby are excellent. I chose to live in this area because of these things.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Hermione Langford has been my main contact and has provided exceptional service and support. She has answered all my questions, sorted out my car parking space on site, etc. All the front desk team have been helpful, between them building a sense of connected community as well as a great place to live.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It’s great here! It’s a community as well as a ‘place’. It’s connected - centrally to Manchester - but also to the locality and the peoples. We are lucky to live here.

So many bars and places to go, you can easily get to most places in Manchester within ten / fifteen minutes would definitely recommend
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Had an issue with a our washer machine, we was then given a new one within the space of a day.

We know most things before moving in due to how helpful Hermione and Lily were during the application stage.

Couldn't really be any better. Sainsburys on the doorstep, loads of artisan shops within the grounds and transport within 2 mins walk

Promptly and effectively. No complaints. All of the team are pretty chilled yet helpful and professional which is a good balance

I genuinely wish I had know that this development existed before I moved to Manchester, I would have moved here to start with.
