Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area surrounding the development is unpolished and next to a motorway which aren’t exactly plus points but the development itself is gorgeous, well groomed and well maintained! Being near Brent Cross shopping centre is convenient and Brent Cross West is a lovely and convenient station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond immediately and address all manner of issues within 24 hours although usually immediately

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’d would’ve liked to have known that my kids weren’t allowed to use the gym. It perhaps there is a way around that… it’s in discussion…

    The Maple, NW2

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is very convenient, safe and pleasant to live in. There are good transport links nearby, and it is easy to reach shops, restaurants and daily facilities. One of the best points is the excellent park and open spaces for children, which makes the area very suitable for families. The 24-hour security and professional on-site presence also make the area feel very safe, comfortable and well managed. Overall, it is an excellent and family-friendly location to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I needed assistance, the team responded in a helpful and professional way. I really appreciated their customer service, the quality of the building management, and the way they cared about residents. Overall, I had a very positive experience and I am grateful for their support throughout my stay.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving in, I wish I had known how helpful and supportive the management team would be, especially with the resident portal, building services and any questions during the tenancy. It is also useful for new residents to know that the area is very family-friendly, with a great park and open spaces for children, as well as 24-hour security which makes the development feel safe and comfortable. I have lived in different developments before, including UNCLE Colindale and a new development in Stratford, and I can honestly say that The Maple is not comparable. The quality of management, the level of service, the professionalism of the team and the overall resident experience here are much better. I am not exaggerating when I say that The Maple has been one of the best managed places I have lived in. My advice to new residents would be to communicate with the management team early if they need anything, because they are professional, responsive and genuinely willing to help.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Relatively quiet given York Rd and railway nearby. Convenient access to Coal Drops Yard and KX. A shame the area under the rail bridge is so badly littered all the time

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Front desk very helpful and all staff friendly, including cleaners

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I know the area well, so no surprises, but for those who don't the relative quiet bit with easy access to the bustle of Coal Drops Yard

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location, particularly of the 390 bus stop was essential to our commute, and its convenient location in front of the building was perfect. Lastly, the proximity to a park and shopping made the stay that much more pleasant.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the maintenance responded quickly when our air conditioning had issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the expensive parking cost.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I quite like Granary Square, regents Canal, and Camden town. The busy stop is very close that can take you to kings cross which takes you anywhere in London

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

What make the place even better the friendly team around who are very easy to reach on WhatsApp, and they organise nice events for the community I would like to thank Russel, Edison, Sergey and everyone who added to our experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish parking was included with the rent! The team explained a head that the parking is not included with the flat rent

    Manager's response

Dear Momin, We're delighted to hear that you're enjoying the building's amenities, modern design, and convenient location. It's great to know that features such as the lounge, cinema, and easy access to King's Cross, Granary Square, Regent's Canal, and Camden Town have helped make your stay enjoyable. We're especially pleased to hear your kind comments about our team. Providing a friendly, responsive, and welcoming environment for our residents is a top priority, and your recognition of Russell, Edison, Sergey, and the wider team means a great deal to us. We'll be sure to pass on your thanks. We also appreciate your feedback regarding parking. While parking is offered separately from the rent, we understand how valuable this amenity can be and thank you for sharing your thoughts.
