We are pleased to present 10 Village Centre a beautifully presented one-bedroom apartment. The property offers convenient access to a wide range of on site communal facilities, including the main reception area, Bredon restaurant, bar and coffee lounge, library, and the wellness spa with swimming pool, along with several attractive outdoor seating areas. The apartment also benefits from an allocated parking space.

Entrance Hall
Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed by a spacious entrance hall providing access to both the living room and bedroom. The entrance hall also benefits from a built-in storage cupboard.

Living Room
The bright and comfortable living room features a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the reception courtyard, allowing plenty of natural light to flood the space. The room includes a flame-effect electric fireplace with decorative surround and television and telephone points.

Kitchenette
