I love how helpful the staff is. Eleni, Aman, Naqqash and many more from the front desk go out of their way to help me out. This is the most unique aspect of the residence and I am so grateful to all of them. They are the sole reason I am extending my rental contract.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly and with initiative. The front of house go out of their way to help me. They are what defines the Goodsyard for me. They bring incredible value to the development.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have had an extremely easy, convenient and welcoming experience.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing! Close to Westfield and other stories including a tube station. It’s really convenient for working professionals and families.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any issues yet. However so far they have been pretty good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knows how peaceful Stratford is. It’s one of the highly recommended places to live.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is excellent, with shops, restaurants and supermarkets all within easy walking distance. Transport links are very convenient, and the area feels safe and well maintained. I have also found the surroundings generally quiet and pleasant, making it a very comfortable place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues I raised were always dealt with quickly and professionally. The management team were responsive, helpful and made sure everything was resolved efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I honestly wish I had known how comfortable and well managed the building was, as it would have made my decision to move in even easier. I have had a very positive experience here and would happily recommend it to others.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects: - very well located, near mall and station - lots of commerce nearby - park is a short walk away - no anti social behavior or noise beyond normal traffic

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very promptly and always eager to help us. They even went above and beyond their responsibilities at times to help us.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i knew how much the extra amenities would be valuable, it really feels like an extension of our home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

With the location being as central as it can be, the local area provides unlimited choice of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The train station is only a five minute walk away which makes transport links incredibly convenient. The development backs onto the river/canal which is great for nice waterside walks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team, as well as, the maintenance team are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Any issues (no matter how small) have been seriously taken and swiftly resolved. From the very first viewing to once I'd settled in, Steve Houghton was extremely responsive and on hand to help with any queries or issues (including providing updates which is always much appreciated).

Nothing - just how nice of a place it is to live! After an underwhelming search for a flat in Leeds City Centre, I just wish the development had been available sooner!
