The building is very well equipped with various facilities

The building is very well equipped with various facilities, including games room, TV suite and social areas. Booking spaces is very easy with management and staff always on hand to help with facilitating bookings. The lobby area feels luxurious and welcoming, and access to kitchen facilities such as taps and fridges in the social areas makes them easier to use. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Jamie did my initial tour and answered all my questions and made the process seamless, however this goes for all staff who have been great since moving in.

It's a fantastic place to live and is worth every penny.

The co-working space is excellent. It's quiet, well designed, and provides a high level of privacy, making it an ideal place to study or work without distractions. I am from a city at south asia, so the tempature for the co-working space is a bit cool for me, I need to bring a coat with me. The gym has all the equipment I need for my workouts. It's well equipped and maintained, making it a great place to exercise. So far, I haven't had any inconsiderate neighbours or noisy students. This is my second time renting a Build to Rent (BTR) apartment, and the experience has been excellent. The furniture isn't overly large or luxurious, so it doesn't make the apartment feel cramped. Instead, it's practical, comfortable, and makes good use of the space. The sofa is especially comfortable—firm enough to support my back when I'm sitting, yet soft enough to lie down and take a nap. The dining table is slightly too low for me. I'd recommend adding furniture risers or pads under the legs to raise it a little, which would make it more comfortable to use. Last but not least, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Jamie and his colleagues have been wonderful, and they've helped me on many occasions, from arranging property viewings and assisting with the move-in process , connecting free internet and even booking an Uber. These may seem like simple tasks, but for someone who is new to the UK, they aren't always as easy as people might think. I really appreciate all their support, patience, and kindness.

Amazing

Very good development, it’s clean and new and has very nice facilities. Nothing could’ve been better. It is also in a place that’s lively but also by the river. The building management is so kind and helpful. Jamie Boyle helped me a lot before moving in and the rest of the staff are very kind and help me a lot too.

Excellent apartment and outstanding support from the team

I have had an excellent experience living in this development so far. The apartment is modern, well designed and finished to a high standard, with thoughtful layouts and quality materials throughout. The communal areas are clean, attractive and very well maintained. The management team has been outstanding. Communication has always been prompt, professional and friendly, and any questions I have had have been dealt with efficiently. I would particularly like to thank Jamie, who has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from arranging the tenancy to supporting me after moving in. Her responsiveness, professionalism and willingness to assist have made settling into my new home much easier. Overall, the experience has exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend both the development and the management team to anyone looking for a high-quality place to live.

Excellent Service and a Great Place to Live

I’ve had a very positive experience at Tura so far. The building is modern, clean and well looked after. The communal spaces are even better in person than they appeared in the photos. The staff have been one of the best parts of my experience. Jamie was very patient when showing me around and answered all my questions. During the application process I ran into a few issues, but the team was always happy to help and made things much less stressful. Communication has been quick and clear throughout. I was also impressed by the security team. On the evening I moved in, a member of staff called Heaven was incredibly kind and helpful when I arrived quite late. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience so far and I’m glad I chose to live here.
