Large living space. Solar panels are a help. Kids liked the local school. Was sad to leave due to work and hope to come back one day. Mark was a great guy. Always very informative as I was new to the area. Made me and my family feel extremely welcome. If I ever had any issues he always had the answers.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly. Any repairs are completed to a satisfactory manner.

How nice the local community was. Some cars cut down the street as a shortcut.

Scholars view is great clean road and quite society but just outside is so great don’t have much of restaurants .
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Doesn’t seem to reply so stop texting him. Other than that online time really helped.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If we knew every time if anything goes wrong we have fill a form on the app we won’t move here. We would prefer property manager should care.

I love where my house is! It’s on a beautiful park and I can see lovely trees and wildlife out of my window. A calm area where neighbours get along nicely. I’ve lived in a Place house houses for about eight years now. I wouldn’t live anywhere else but in a place, Placefirst.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
If there is any problems, I just enter them on the website and they come out at the next convenable space for me

The rent goes up every year. Which could possibly push people out. As people don’t tend to stay in these houses long.

Great are. Great team, Darren in lunts heath went above and beyond for us. He made sure everything was done correctly and made the whole process seamless

Very quickly, I was shocked at how fast they got onto issues in fairness

To be fair not much, Darren explained all very well and insured we knew how to setup all the bills etc

Great Area on the Promenade, very secure place to live with excellent security to make everything feel more comfortable.

they answered any questions we had and were excellent and responding

I wish i had known about the parking on the street being so busy, but that is more of a common knowledge thing we should’ve looked at
