The shops nearby and outdoor space is great, great to be so near the canal. There are various bar options in the close vicinity and access to transport is fast and easy with the train station being only a 8 minute walk. Bin collections are very frequent meaning they are never full. Barely any traffic noise with windows shut.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, all responses were given quickly and to a high level of attention to detail showing genuine care to fix the issue when it arises.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Apartments don’t come with an intercom so when visitors come you have to come down and get them.

The location is one of the biggest advantages of living at Rondo\. There is a huge choice of shops, restaurants and bars nearby, with Westfield Stratford City right on the doorstep and plenty more options around East Village and the Olympic Park\. The green spaces around Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park are also excellent\. Transport links are exceptional\. Stratford International is immediately outside, while Stratford station is only a short walk away, giving easy access to the Elizabeth, Central and Jubilee lines, DLR, Overground and National Rail\. It makes getting virtually anywhere across London incredibly easy and convenient

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Although very minimal, These have been dealt with very quickly.

Council tax band would of been useful but wasn’t available at the time

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is fantastic for amenities in Kelham Island - so many gorgeous places to eat & drink, city centre, station etc. Only exception is being very close to main road, looking out at huge development on other side of road and no parking or drop off zones

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have only just moved in so there hasn’t been the chance yet!!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nowhere to hang anything at all! No coat hooks in cupboard or on backs of doors! Coats / towels / dressing gowns?! ;)

Very conveniently located re transport and shops, no major noise from the one road that runs alongside one side of the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Impeccably. Whether direct requests of my own or just general comms to all residents, top notch.

Maybe more of a say on choice of apartment within the building, but this was quickly and smoothly changed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The shops are just around the corner and it looks like more have been opening. There is a new sandwich shop, muffin shop and rice bowl shop attached to the building and a tesco opposite so its really handy. You are right in the heart of the city centre so there are cars and buses going past but I found the apartment to be well insulated from the noise. There is parking onsite but I did not need it. I think there may be a charge for it. If you like shopping, its perfect as they city centre is about a 1 minute walk from the from door of the building

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, There have not been many but if I have a query with anything, such as utility billing, they have been able to discuss it with me so I understand.

On busy days in town, it can be lively outside but the building is staffed 24/7 so it feels safe. They do offer additional services like apartment cleans, but these are additional costs.
