    Pall Mall Press, L3

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to Liverpool one for shopping, castle street and town for lovely bars and restaurants and by the docks for a lovely walk. By Moorfileds train station and many bus routes near by. Slight traffic noise especially when there’s sirens but if windows are closed it’s fine. and some anti-social behaviour at the back side of the building but never bad and it’s what comes with living in the city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, our washing machine was broken and we got help straight away and a replacement washing machine.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Use the outside communal areas for the summer time!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice breweries and wetlands are near by so you have some outdoor space. Also is relatively quiet. Victoria line is super fast

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has generally been responsive and helpful, addressing any issues raised promptly and keeping communication clear throughout.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building is generally very quiet and well maintained, but I’d recommend checking the apartment’s position and outlook during a viewing, as this can make a noticeable difference to noise and natural light. Otherwise, it’s a great place to live with excellent transport links.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area, so many fantastic places to eat, drink and explore. Takes minutes to get into town which is a plus

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly no complaints at all, nothing major has come up.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Probably how hot it gets in the summer. But we’ve got a few fans now so it’s a lot better.

    Kew Curve, TW8

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location! We have a few cafes around, 1 about to open soon as well. We are very well connected with so many different transports (buses, trains and underground) and we are in central London very fast. We have lots of green around us which makes it very enjoyable to go for walks (especially with my dog). The building has parking so it makes it very easy. We are close to the Brentford Stadium, but despite this, you don’t even hear any noise from games day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very proactive and helpful! The fact that they are always on site it really helps

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Possibly the mattress could be more comfortable and I wish I knew so I could ask to remove it and purchase my own because I have back problems so I normally use mattresses specific for my condition

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of quality restaurants and pubs in the surrounding area. Well situated for access to Salford Crescent train station and Manchester City Centre. Variety of green spaces such as Peel Park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management are friendly and have always been on hand to deal with any issues that we have raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

WiFi doesn't allow the option to choose any other TV provider apart from Sky.
