Description
Deceptive from the front with no front door, the property is entered from rear, into the "L" shaped Dining Kitchen which has the benefit of a double height sloping ceiling adding interest and the feeling of spaciousness and the exposed stone work and rustic stone fireplace add character. There is a range of fitted wall and base cabinets with contrasting working surfaces over incorporating a sink and drainer and there is a gas and electric stove with an extractor filter hood above. Beyond the Dining Kitchen, there is a Separate Dining Room with a window to the rear and a door leads into the Lounge which has windows to the front and a focal point is provided by a recessed log burning stove recessed in to the chimney breast with a stone hearth and heavy stone lintel above.
A staircase leads from the Lounge to the First Floor Landing. There is a Double Bedroom to the front which is of excellent size and a comfortable Single Bedroom to the rear. The Bathroom has a three-piece suite comprising a roll top bath, pedestal wash basin and WC.
Cellar
There is a cellar beneath and of a similar size to the Kitchen which at present is accessed from outside and will be pointed out at the tie of inspection.
OUTSIDE
There is a small are to the front of the property behind a low-level stone wall to sit out and the Yard to the rear, also enclosed behind a stone wall, is shared between this property and "The Hollies" next door. We understand the boundary line (invisible) extends from the corner of the entrance door across to the opposite corner of the Yard and this will be pointed out at the time of inspection. A parking facility is available to the property adjacent to the Yard in the Car Park and, again, this will be pointed out at the time of inspection.
