4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is really good. Super easy to get into central London and very quick to stations like London Bridge and Waterloo. Walk from station to the apartment feels safe. Easy access to local shops with new ones coming to the development soon.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly and efficiently, however the external contractor dealing with fixing the vibration of our cooling unit is slow.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How well sound-proofed the apartments are - it's impressive.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great facilities, well designed apartments, excellent location - close to everything . Pools and roof terraces are great . Alma & Dandan downstairs are awesome
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Poorly. Cleaning & hygiene standards have deteriorated yet complaints are ignored. Back entrance lock is broken and hasn't been repaired in over 2 months
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Don't rent on the west, moat street side of Bloom West. The rubbish skips are left full for days and the whole street stinks

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
You have everything you need right on your doorstep, so there is no need to travel far to enjoy great experiences. Local areas often offer a wide range of attractions, including shops, restaurants, parks, leisure facilities, and cultural activities that can be easily accessed within minutes. Staying close to home saves time, reduces travel costs, and allows you to make the most of what your community has to offer. Whether you are looking for entertainment, relaxation, or everyday essentials, convenient options are nearby. Exploring local opportunities can be just as rewarding as travelling long distances, while being more practical and stress free.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues have been raised during my stay so far, but I am confident that the property management team would act promptly if any concerns arose. Their efficient maintenance system, friendly staff, and professional approach give me confidence that any problems would be handled quickly and effectively.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I moved here temporarily from Sheffield for work and have found myself in a safe and welcoming town with friendly people and a fantastic location. The excellent transport links to Central London make commuting easy, while the local area offers everything I need, making it a great place to live.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Canning Town is more than meets the eye. City Island, Victoria Dock, the people, history and transport links all mean it's a desirable place to live. I found the GP surgeries awful so I registered with GP at Hand. I love the transport links (Tube, DLR and bus) and the local dog community is amazing. There are some great restaurants (Saltanat, Pepenero and MyMy). I loved being by the water and North Greenwich. You can walk to the Elizabeth Line at Custom House. Traffic and construction noise has been fine for a long time now. Back in 2024 it was deafening and constant so now is a good time to move here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Brilliantly. They are very nice to deal with and efficient too.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
When I moved in it was very unstable team wise. There was no community spirit and I didn't like the attitude of residents who were allowed to do what they wanted. The building works in the area were loud and 24/7. Communal areas had works going on. The first year or so was actually challenging in places. I also am grateful I face the road because I know some people had a lot to contend with, noise wise, where they were facing the Tube or nearer the station end. Right now though I wouldn't say there is anything bad to be aware of. The conditions were strict before though but now the law has changed people have more rights in any case.
Manager's response4Hi Sara, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and thoughtful review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear how much you enjoy living here, especially as someone living on their own. Knowing that our maintenance, sales, and night security teams have made you feel safe, welcome, and truly at home means the world to us. Bricks and mortar are one thing, but creating a genuine sense of belonging is always our top goal! We also appreciate your honest reflection on how things were when you first moved in. Transiting through early building and local construction works—along with team changes—was certainly a challenge, and we're so glad to hear how much better the experience and community spirit have become since those early days. It’s fantastic to hear your local tips, too! From the amazing dog community and local dining spots to the handy transport links and registering with GP at Hand, your insights will be super helpful for prospective residents considering Canning Town. Thank you again for being such a valued part of our community. If you ever need anything at all, you know where to find us! Fizzy East 16 Team

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I've been living at Momento Hayes for a year now and honestly couldn't be happier with the property. The staff are fantastic and I can't fault them. Emeric from the maintenance team is brilliant – he's friendly, knows his job inside out, and always gets things sorted. The rest of the team are just as helpful and always go above and beyond. When I moved in with loads of boxes, they even lent me a trolley, which made the whole process so much easier. The welcome from the team was fantastic too. They even offered my family free coffee and cold drinks while they were helping me move in, which they really appreciated. It made us all feel looked after from day one.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The area feels safe, and having security on site at night gives real peace of mind. Charles has helped me when I accidentally locked myself out. He made sure to check my ID before letting me back in, which I really appreciated because it shows they take residents' security seriously.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Overall, Momento Hayes is a fantastic place to live. The apartments, facilities and outstanding team make it feel much more like a community than just another apartment building. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, friendly and secure place to call home.
Manager's response5Hi Tung, "Thank you for your amazing review! We are delighted to hear that our amenities have contributed to your enjoyable living experience. Our goal is to provide convenience and comfort for our valued residents like you. Happy to have you as part of our community!" #amenities #convenience #happycustomer Best regards Ha
