The modern fully stocked kitchen contains all of the usual white goods and a dining table. There is also a tumble dryer in the summer house at the end of the garden..
On street parking is available on a first come, first served basis if you have a car (no permit required). There is one parking space on the driveway.
On the front garden is a shed for storing bikes, if necessary.
At the back of the house is a pleasant patio leading on to the lawn.
The house is very close to Filton Avenue with the amenities that provides. It is only a 10-15 minutes walking distance to Abbeywood which contains numerous shops and restaurants including Asda and Bella Italia. There are two train stations in a 10-20-minutes walking distance from the house as well (Abbeywood and Bristol Parkway).
No students, sorry. Applicants must have house share experience.
A cleaner comes every Saturday morning to keep on top of the communal areas - front yard, hallway. Stairs & landing, downstairs WC and the kitchen / diner.
