5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is one of the standout perks of living here. Being within a short walk of the train station makes commuting into Central London quick and hassle-free (around 25–30 minutes). Having the town center, supermarkets (like Sainsbury's), and Eden Shopping Centre right nearby means everyday errands and eating out are very convenient. The street itself is relatively quiet and safe. Bin management within the building is kept clean and regular. While, like any town centre location, you occasionally hear some ambient traffic noise or general street activity, it doesn't detract from how easy and pleasant it is to live here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team is always extremely responsive. When I had an issue with my washing machine drain, Ryan sorted it out and cleaned it very quickly and efficiently. Maintenance here is always handled promptly!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known is that the integrated washer-dryer combo cycles take a very long time—often 7 to 9 hours to do a full wash and dry properly. It’s definitely manageable, but a useful tip for new residents is to plan laundry days well in advance or wash and dry in smaller, separate loads!

With the Eden centre just opposite the range of stores or even for a walk is incredible. Street so quiet no hectic rushes or loud noises just amazing.

Any issues they’re down in a flash, sorted out so quickly.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Howard Court is in a great location with excellent access to shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance. Transport links are very convenient, making commuting and getting around easy. The area feels well maintained, and I've found it to be a pleasant place to live. Bin collections are reliable, and I haven't experienced any significant issues with noise or anti-social behaviour. The only improvement I would suggest is having dedicated guest parking, as it would make it much easier for friends and family to visit.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever I've raised a question or needed assistance, the building management team has responded professionally and in a timely manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I'd known just how much the quality of the on-site team would improve the overall living experience. A friendly and helpful reception team, especially someone like Sofia, makes everyday life much easier and creates a real sense of community within the building.
