Description

Located on a quiet road, with no traffic to the front of the property, this exceptionally well presented 3 bedroom mid terrace property is now available for rent. Please note it is Un-Furnished.

Behind the garden is a shared car park, allowing for easy access for parking. To the front of the property is a large front garden.

The home has a downstairs WC (and utility cupboard - with plumbing for a washer machine) in the hallway. The hall then leads to the beautiful Kitchen at the back of the property. With lounge through to the dining room to the left.

Filled with good light at both the front and the back, it has a homely, yet stylish vibe to it. The lounge leads on to the dining room which has patio doors on to the garden.

The Kitchen has recently been re-modelled. With lovely ceramic floor tiles, high specification appliances. (Bosch full size dishwasher, 5 burner gas hob. integrated microwave, integrated fridge/freezer and even a wine cooler.) With ample work surfaces, it is a kitchen that the current occupiers describe being easy to prepare great dinner parties in!

There is an additional back door to the garden.

The garden has astro-turf, patio and a large shed. In a similar vein to the front garden, low maintenance, yet a very contemporary style makes for an attractive space to spend time as a family.

Since the photographs were taken the downstairs carpet has been replaced with a hard LVT flooring.

The recently upgraded staircase leads upstairs to 3 double bedrooms. (No box room in this house!) and on to a well thought out family bathroom, with shower over the bath. The bedrooms look out on to ample green public space, so not to feel compromised or over looked.

This property really does need to be considered and viewed to be appreciated. The location is quiet, the neighbouring greenbelt space is idyllic especially for families.

Local Area.

Super close to Sale High (also within catchment for Sale Grammar School) and Lime Tree primary school.

A very short walk to North Parade shops. (Fish and Chip shop, One Stop convenience store with Post Office, Pharmacy, barbers and ladies hair and beauty shop.)

Just a little further afield (but still walking distance) is the village of Sale Moor. the village has always been popular but just seems to get better and better. 2 long established butchers (Who doesn't love Taylors of Sale) and an exceptionally well stock fruit and veg shop, Chemist, a whole array of cafes and coffee shops and even an Irish bar with weekly Celtic folk music (Check out Fibbers Magee if you haven't already)

This side of Sale offers brilliant and easy transport links. Quick access to the M60 ring road, plus Metro-link tram network.
