Europe has nothing comparable. Rising 64 floors and more than two hundred metres, this building will be the tallest residential tower on the continent — an address that will not be repeated, standing 150 metres from Poniente Beach. From its residences, the bay of Benidorm, the sierra behind it and the entire curve of the horizon are held in view without a single interruption.




Living at this elevation changes the scale of ordinary life. The residences, ranging from one to four bedrooms with built areas of 75 to 243 m², have been conceived around light: full-height glazing that draws the Mediterranean indoors, terraces suspended above the sea, and an orientation in which the view is never an added benefit but the starting point of the home. Each residence will include a garage space and storage room.




The shared spaces match the address: heated swimming pools, gymnasiums, a cinema room, a sports area and, crowning the building, a sky bar with observation deck on the highest residential level in Europe. Sunset over the bay, seen from there, resembles nothing available from any other point on the continent.




At the foot of the tower lie three kilometres of fine sand, the seafront promenade and the pulse of one of the most luminous cities on the Mediterranean, with Alicante airport less than an hour away by car. Handover is scheduled for August 2028. This is not a matter of buying a home with a view, but of reaching an elevation no other residential building in Europe attains.
