Description
A spacious 839 sq ft two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment within the popular Tiltman Place development, featuring a generous open-plan living space, private south-facing balcony and a quiet, private position.
Measuring approximately 839 sq ft, the property offers excellent proportions throughout, with a generous open-plan kitchen and reception room providing ample space for both dining and entertaining. The living space opens directly onto a private south-facing balcony, creating a wonderful extension of the reception room and an ideal spot to enjoy the sun throughout the day.
There are two generous double bedrooms, with the principal bedroom benefiting from fitted storage and a modern en-suite bathroom. A contemporary family bathroom and excellent storage throughout the apartment complete the accommodation.
The apartment enjoys a quiet and private position within the development, set back from the main road and positioned so that it is not directly overlooked, providing a good sense of privacy.
Residents of Tiltman Place benefit from a 24 hour concierge service, secure entry, lift access and secure bike storage.
The development is well positioned for the excellent selection of shops, cafés, restaurants and amenities found throughout Finsbury Park, Stroud Green and Crouch End. Finsbury Park station provides superb transport connections across London via the Victoria and Piccadilly Underground lines, National Rail and Overground services.
The property is offered chain-free, allowing for a potentially smooth and straightforward purchase.
Owners insights:
What do you love most about your property?
We’ve always loved how spacious and light the apartment feels. It gets lots of sunshine thanks to its orientation, while also being very well insulated for both sound and heat. It’s incredibly quiet and private, and not being directly overlooked is a real bonus.
The apartment is also at the end of the corridor, so you don’t have people constantly walking past the front door, which adds to the sense of privacy. There’s secure bike storage, and parking spaces can also be rented in the car park beneath the building, with private access directly into the block.
Why are you selling?
We’re planning to move to Spain longer term and have decided that we no longer want to be landlords, particularly as managing the property remotely would become increasingly difficult.
What do you love about the area?
The transport connections are brilliant. The Victoria line is just a short walk away and it’s only two stops to King’s Cross, so getting around London is incredibly easy.
Jolene is just around the corner and has always been a favourite, while both Upper Street and Stroud Green are within walking distance, giving you a great choice of independent cafés, restaurants, shops and pubs nearby.
