Great links and amenities. I need to get the train to meetings, and new street is stone’s throw away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always sorted it out. Even though paradise parking were recalcitrant with my permit the Octagon team found me temporary parking to minimise stress

Even the one beds are quite spacious. The lobby area is excellent and always clean and tidy. The team are supremely helpful as well as friendly, especially Paul, Sylvia, CJ, Brad (I may have misspelled/misheard his name, sorry) and Tiegan

Everything is so accessible and close, the building area is always clean, the sound proof is amazing. Theres a bar right across the street which is amazing!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They helped me fix my issue instantly without hesitation

Nothing, everything was perfect for move in, the help provided was really good and satisfied

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Located in City Centre, cannot think of a better place. Right next to Bullring and Grand Central, including other modes of transport, such as bus and tram. Currently Paradise is undergoing construction, it promises to bring things like F1 Arcade, Dishoom and other attractions right outside The Octagon. Which will only increase The Octagon's appeal. Traffic is quite hectic as it is City Centre. Library is a couple minutes walk. Bin is just a chute, so you just throw your garbage down. Haven't had any problems with anyone thus far. Quite some traffic noise depending on how low your floor is and if your windows are open. On floor 6 even with windows open it's not crazy, with windows closed, you cannot notice it. Little parking availability which may change once Paradise finishes construction. One more thing to mention, the workers are incredibly helpful and great to talk to. A huge shout out to all of these people: Paul (manager), Amar, Sock, Chamod, Chris, Favour, Alina, Elliot, Tiegan!!! (Apologies if I misspelled your names)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, as I moved in there were some maintenance issues but they noted them down and attended to them as soon as they could.

They do allow you to switch energy providers so just look around on their respective websites etc, and save yourself as much money as you can.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Best building ever. I have moved since April and I’m loving it. It’s right in the town centre and its close to every shop.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I never really had any issues since I moved in. The staff acted quickly and efficiently whenever I needed it

I knew everything when I moved in. The place is perfect

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Birmingham is a great city, I choose to move here from the South East. Yes, there are issues with ASB and litter, but the culture and quality of life that is affordable here is unrivalled.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I arrived, we hadn’t received our welcome pack - this was dealt with quickly by the team.

I wish I had known that the gym has no free weight barbells for bench press, squat and deadlifts.
