Description

"Its just amazing to step out the front door and have so much to do within a couple of minutes walk. Our favourite time is Saturday morning where we can walk our dog on the downs then head down Whiteladies road for a coffee and visit the farmers market."

The House
This charming two bedroom terraced house offers the perfect opportunity to first time buyers or upsizers to move into a period property right next to The Downs. Entering the property on the ground floor you are met with a generous reception room featuring high ceilings, hardwood flooring and beautiful sash windows which allow in plenty of natural light. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the master of which features a convenient wardrobe space and there is also a three piece bathroom with walk in shower. The lower ground floor is comprised of a kitchen dining room separate from the main living space, and a Juliet balcony that overlooks Belgrave Hill to the rear. There is a versatile home office room, another bathroom this time featuring a bath tub. This house has had a new roof fitted by the current owners as well as an updated boiler.

The Outside
As well as the Juliet balcony to the rear there is a small courtyard space to the front of the building which also features a convenient storage vault

Living in Clifton
Sutherland Place is a quiet, tucked away street in a popular part of Clifton which offers easy reach to Clifton Village and Whiteladies Road. Further down Pembroke Road is Queens Road, just around the corner from all of the bars and pubs of Clifton Triangle and Park Street. Whiteladies Road has long been regarded as one of the premier shopping areas of Bristol. The beautiful Georgian buildings house a range of independent shops and a multitude of cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants. Known for everything from up-market furniture shops to hi-fi, deli, book shops, galleries, musical instruments, fashion and gift shops, Whiteladies Road has something to offer for everyone. The Whiteladies Road Market every Saturday is also a community favourite and the place to buy seasonal produce from local food and drink traders. One of the key reasons that Sutherland Place is such a popular location is Clifton and Durdham Downs is literally just around the corner, both of which are hugely popular with runners, cyclists, as well as dog walkers with around 400 acres of space to utilise
