This property was sold by us to its current owners back in 2008. Since this, they have restored the barn into an attractive guest annex and added air conditioning.
After an absence of 18 years we had forgotten how beautiful the location was, with it's short, gravel drive down to the house.

There are three entrances, two into main house which has large rooms and high ceilings. The guest annex can either be part of the house or can be separated by lockable doors.

The guest annex comprises a galley kitchen and living area with a spiral staircase up to the guest, double bedroom with its ensuite bathroom.

There is an interconnecting door to the main house which is light and airy- There are three bedrooms and a bathroom. This bathroom is the only one that has not been restored and dates back to the 1980's.

The dowstairs has an eat-in kitchen with fireplace then a second reception room for hanging out.

There is access to the stream below the house and there is another small outbuilding.

The garage is a within the footprint of the house and is used for storage at the moment.
