    Swan Street House, M4

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Swan Street House is an absolute gem right on the edge of the Northern Quarter. The location couldn't be better you’re a short stroll from amazing coffee shops, bars, and food spots, plus getting around town is dead easy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We’ve only recently moved in, but the building management and maintenance team have been fantastic so far. Any inquiries or minor requests we've raised were addressed and sorted out really fast.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How strong the sense of community is and how friendly everyone here is! The resident socials and organized events are a huge plus for meeting people. On top of that, the amenities are genuinely useful you actually end up using the gym and lounge spaces constantly, and the location makes getting around central Manchester and the Northern Quarter completely seamless.

    Pall Mall Press, L3

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fantastic spot in the centre of Liverpool!! Has the benefits of living centrally - Liverpool One, short walks to central areas and parks, whilst also being on a quiet and relatively peaceful street. I commute out of the centre everyday for work, usually walking home from Lime Street station about 10pm, I always feel safe when coming home, the street is usually quiet and well lit at this time. The only downside for me is the restriction on visitor street parking passes, but there is a big car park opposite!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve only needed to raise an issue during the move in checklist, as my balcony door had a crack in the glass. This was fixed within a week or two, it was a really easy process and everything was communicated clearly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing stands out, every question I had was answered before moving in!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Being close to a train station and also being close to a shopping district are great reasons to stay in this place.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had an issue with electrical fixture in my flat and after raising the issue the day before, the next day Stuart showed up and fixed the issue fast and efficiently. As always it was great talking to him.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, a positive one, I wish I’d known how responsive the maintenance team is. Don’t hesitate to report issues, they get sorted fast. Also, the location is even more convenient than it looks on a viewing; being minutes from the station and shops makes daily life much easier.
