5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Jewellery Quarter is a fantastic place to live. There is a great selection of independent cafés, restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance, and Birmingham city centre is also very easy to reach. Transport links are excellent, with the tram, train station and bus routes nearby. Despite being so central, the area has a real neighbourhood feel and plenty of character. It can naturally get busier and noisier at peak times and on weekends, and parking can sometimes be limited, but overall the convenience, atmosphere and location far outweigh these minor drawbacks.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. They are very swift with responding to issues raised
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It would be really nice if the gym had better equipments e.g a walking pad, leg press machine, and a lat pull down with row machine so we can workout indoors especially in winter

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area has a good range of local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and bars within easy reach, making day-to-day living convenient. There are several parks and open spaces nearby for walking, exercise and recreation. Public transport links are generally good, with regular bus services and convenient access to nearby train stations and main road networks. Parking is usually available on the street, although it can be busier during peak hours. Bin collections are regular and reliable. The street is generally quiet and residential, with low levels of anti-social behaviour. Traffic noise is minimal most of the time, although there can be some increase during rush-hour periods.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been responsive and professional whenever I have raised any problems or concerns. Issues are acknowledged promptly, and the team makes a genuine effort to resolve them efficiently and keep residents updated throughout the process.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how convenient the development is for everyday living and transport. The communal areas are generally well maintained, and the building management team is responsive. I would recommend new residents familiarise themselves with the parking arrangements, bin collection schedule and building facilities soon after moving in, as this makes settling in much easier.

Yes, maintenance team are very quick at sorting out issues after reporting them.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I think it's in a prime location and flats are very good. They organise events time to time. I think the only issue is bin collection but that's more for Council than them
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had a shower leak and they were hands-on from day one. They compensate us very well as well
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that it would take more time to open the lifts to the JQ tram station
