Description
The land is shown as Grade 3 on the Agricultural Land Classification. The Subsoils are indicated to be of Chalk – ‘shallow well drained calcareous silty soils over chalk on slopes and crests’ on the Geological Survey Plan. The land lies approx. 100m above sea level and gently slopes down to the south.
