The entrance can be from the bridge or the church, up two steps. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom off the main corridor. At the moment, the plumbing for the kitchen is off the main living room. It may be a nice idea to move the kitchen into the portico which is currently glassed.

Underneath, there are spacious cantinas holding the methane boiler. This opens out to a shared courtyard. It is possible to restore the cantina to make a more useful room for cooking ready to carry food outside onto the courtyard for eating. Another good idea is to look at opening the loggia which currently has large, arched windows.

The utilities are currently not attached however, the mains gas boiler is new. There easy attachment to water and electricity as the apartment is in the town.

The location is strategic for someone wanting to avoid renting a car who wants to enjoy peace and quiet at home but life close by.
