It's a really good area. Quite place and a range of shops around. Our parking area is large that we can park two cars and two motorcycles. Lovely garden to make some bbq.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are being really helpful with it and solving the problem very quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the water pressure was low and the cabinet under the stairs had no lights at all.

Really happy living in the development its clean and well managed , Shops are close by. neighbors are friendly. lots of parking for visitors.

My Building had the internet server positioned in the downstairs cupboard which is under the first floor made of concrete . For any future builds I would suggest placing the modem in a more central location to help with the overall signal strength throughout the rest of the property.

The area is absolutely fantastic, especially if you have children. There are several well-equipped playgrounds nearby, and the area feels very safe. Everything you need is close by, from schools to sports centres. There aren’t many supermarket options, but with a car, you can get wherever you need to go within 5 minutes. An ideal location if you’re looking for safety, peace and quiet, and a great place to raise your children.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are always available and ready to resolve any issues that may arise, or simply to assist with any needs you may have.

There are limited amenities available in the immediate vicinity, as the development of the area is still ongoing. This deficiency is offset by an excellent transport link to nearby town centres in Warwick and Leamington spa.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The property management team is very helpful and has promptly responded to our concerns. We really appreciate their assistance, which has helped our moving-in as smoothly as can be.

It will be nice to if we had more information on the public transport links before moving in.
