An external roof bar area of approximately 400–450 sqm further enhances the leisure offering, providing an elevated setting for relaxation, socializing and enjoying the coastal surroundings.

Alongside the hotel, the development concept introduces a dedicated residential component comprising 41 three-bedroom apartments, including 30 apartments of approximately 120 sqm and 11 apartments of approximately 100 sqm. The typical 3-bedroom residences are designed with approximately 30–35 sqm balconies, while the 2-bedroom layouts shown in the concept design feature balconies of approximately 25–30 sqm. The residential component also incorporates dedicated parking and storage areas within the basement level, further enhancing convenience for future residents.

Protaras is a coastal resort town centered on hospitality and coastal leisure. Sandy beaches line the seafront, including Fig Tree Bay. The center provides supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. Larnaca Airport is around 45 minutes by road.
