Trimingham House Caravan Park occupies approximately 23 acres on the North Norfolk coast, around five miles east of the popular seaside town of Cromer. The park enjoys sea views and access to a sandy beach.

The location also provides an excellent base for exploring North Norfolk, including Cromer, Sheringham, the Norfolk Broads, coastal villages, nature reserves and the surrounding coastline.

The park currently operates an extended holiday season from 1 March to 15 January each year.

Annual site fees are payable directly to Trimingham House Caravan Park on 1 September. Prospective purchasers should confirm the current site fees, future charges, licence period and terms of the holiday licence agreement directly with the park before proceeding.
