Vendor Comments
We have been incredibly happy to call this house our home for the past 26 years. It is where we have brought up our family, watched our children grow, and created so many wonderful memories over the years. It has truly been a much-loved family home, filled with laughter, celebrations, family gatherings and countless happy moments.
The large, south-facing garden has been a particularly special part of family life, offering a wonderful sense of space and privacy. It has been the perfect place for the children to play, for paddling pools on sunny summer days, and for hosting parties and gatherings with family and friends. We have enjoyed many memorable occasions here over the years.
The location has also been a huge benefit to family life. West Warwicks Sports & Social Club is directly opposite, offering cricket, hockey, football, tennis and squash, making it incredibly convenient for keeping active and enjoying the local community.
The house is ideally positioned for travel too, with excellent local, national and international connections:
- Olton and Solihull railway stations – approximately 3–7 minutes by car
- Bus services – around a 4-minute walk
- Motorway network – approximately 10 minutes by car
- Birmingham International Airport – approximately 15 minutes by car
There is also excellent potential for the future. The generous amount of land to the side of the property provides the opportunity to extend the house further, subject to the necessary permissions. The large loft space could also be converted to create additional rooms, giving the next owners the opportunity to make the house their own and adapt it as their family grows.
After 26 very happy years, this will be a particularly special home for us to leave. We hope the next family will enjoy living here as much as we have and create many wonderful memories of their own.
