So far so good, i have access to everything within a 5 minute walk. Everything is close by. It is very convenient for me to commute to work by train as the train station is very close.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded very kindly in general, but i have not reported any major issues as of yet.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I knew everything before I moved in as i had a friend already here.

The local area is very accessible as The Point is directly in the middle of the city. Therefore it is so easy to get around and access all the shops and the pubs, such as Triple Kirks.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been extremely efficient and quick, Repairs have done the same day in my experience, Brad the maintenance tech is one of my favorite things about The Point.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish i had known you have to pay for laundry as I didn't know that.

it's really central to everything, the views are really amazing and everything is in a walkable distance.

At the start of the tenancy i had a family issue and the management staff were sure to accommodate my needs.

I wish i had knew there was a club room that you can rent for free and can have an evens with your friends and family members

that the building is not just for Students. everyone thinks it's just for students. and im glad i know it's not so im am thinking of staying here even after i finish uni
